Yoghurt Berry Bliss Bowl

A great mid-afternoon snack or a delicious dessert. 

Prep time: 5 minutes                         Serves: 1

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup of Greek Yoghurt
  • a handful of fresh raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 - 2 tsp bee pollen
  • a pinch of sesame seeds

    Directions: 

    1. Prepare to cook with love. 
    2. Place yoghurt in a small bowl. 
    3. Top with fresh berries and walnuts.
    4. Sprinkle with bee pollen and sesame seeds. 
    5. Eat and enjoy.
