A great mid-afternoon snack or a delicious dessert.

- 3/4 cup of Greek Yoghurt
- a handful of fresh raspberries and blueberries
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 - 2 tsp bee pollen
- a pinch of sesame seeds
- Prepare to cook with love.
- Place yoghurt in a small bowl.
- Top with fresh berries and walnuts.
- Sprinkle with bee pollen and sesame seeds.
- Eat and enjoy.
