RKM operating as Kate Megee Coaching offers a variety of coaching services including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Group programs

  • 1:1 Coaching

  • Retreats

3. Price
Fees are determined based on the type and duration of course, program, coaching service or retreat. Specific retreats for individual and group experiences, as well as custom programs, will be provided upon request.

4. Accepted payment methods
Payments are accepted via all major credit cards, debit card, and bank transfer.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery of online self-study course will be within 24hours of purchase.
Delivery of group programs will typically be within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

6. Payment period
All purchases made via credit and debit card are processed immediately.

7. Exchanges & Returns Policy

Online programs & courses - All online programs and courses are non-refundable.

Retreats

Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in a retreat. Final amount to be advised. This deposit ensures your commitment and secures your place. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to start of retreat. Balance payment is non-refundable.

Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change, so if you are unable to attend the retreat, we are happy to transfer your deposit or full payment to a future retreat. Alternatively, payment may be transferred to other services offered by Kate Megee at her discretion.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies, such as medical issues or severe family situations, may arise. In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies. This ensures that you are protected in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

1:1 Coaching Services
We reserve the right to cancel the coaching program if at any point we feel it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue and will refund any unused portion of the program. If at any point the Client feels that it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue, the Client is only responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services received.
