Berry, Banana & Cinnamon Smoothie

Cinnamon is one of my favourite flavours. It is also had many health benefits. Berries are chock full of antioxidants and spinach just loves us!! A delicious smoothie for any day of the week. 


Prep time: 5 mins

Yield: 1 smoothie


  • 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Prepare to cook with love.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass
  4. Drink and enjoy.
