I'll tell you why! Because, on the daily, we spend too much time in our heads, ruled by negative thoughts and unsupportive beliefs and are then stopped in our tracks by fear. When we feel off, stuck, unhappy or dissatisfied with parts of our life it is because we are not honouring something of upmost importance to us or our core inherent values and desires.

The desires we have, even the day dreams we have, are messages from deep within about how we should be living our life and who we really are. They are insightful gifts about which direction we should be taking in our lives, what changes we need to make in order to a life of purpose and meaning. Living a life in line with our values, bringing our dreams and desires to life, creates a deep sense of fulfillment and happiness which has a powerful effect on not only our lives but those around us.

My approach

I support my clients with my body, mind and soul approach to their happiness, self-love and well-being. I teach them how to get out of their heads and into their bodies. When we start to ease the chaos in our minds and disconnect from the negative voice in our heads we create a direct connection with the wisdom in our bodies. We connect with who we truly are, our values, our hidden strengths and our intuition. We can then start to create a life that brings us deep fulfilment, happiness, and love. We develop the habits and beliefs that support our highest potential and allow us to create a life of incredible abundance. 

Body – Healthy Food & Movement

We connect with our bodies and start to view healthy eating and exercise as acts of self-love rather than as punishment for the things they’ve eaten or weight we have gained. When we fuel our bodies right, we have energy and vitality, we feel our best and incidentally start to look our best. This helps us create our first mindset shift and we begin to physically power ourselves to achieve the things we want to achieve. 

Mind – Mindset & Beliefs

Through focus on our mind and our mindset, we start to identify and dismantle limiting beliefs, re-write old stories and reframe our fears so that we can get out of our own way and see that we are not the things we think about all day. We are not the things that have happened to us. We connect with our hidden strengths, our highest selves and open ourselves us to connect more deeply with our soul. We learn to quite the chaos so that we can hear the voice of our own wisdom.

Soul – Values, Purpose & Who You Truly Are

When we connect with our soul we connect with who we truly are, before life happened to us, to that place inside us that is always filled with self-love and contains all the answers to all of the questions we have about our own lives. We connect with our values and our purpose, tap into our intuition and from here we start to create goals and actions toward living a life that is completely aligned with who we truly are. A life that brings us endless joy, deep fulfilment and happiness.

My THRIVE Coaching program is a 6 month program designed to help you transform your life, start living a life that feels aligned with who you really are and bring to life the dreams and desires you no longer wish to ignore. Through one on one coaching we bring your choices into consciousness so that you can take powerful action toward the life you truly desire. 

How it works

  • 12 x 60 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions in person, via Skype or by phone once every 2 weeks
  • Email support between sessions to provide you with guidance and accountability to keep you on track
